01 — TELL US WHAT YOU HAVE
Send us your set number, photos, or simply tell us what you'd like built.
We'll provide a quote based on the set, complexity, and service level you choose.
02 — DROP IT OFF OR LET US PICK IT UP
Bring your set to us during our pickup hours, or choose delivery/pickup options where available.
Pickup appointments are available Monday–Sunday, 4 PM–9 PM.
03 — WE BUILD
This is the part where you get your time back.
We carefully assemble your set according to the manufacturer's instructions, preserving spare pieces and original materials.
04 — WE INSPECT
Before your build leaves Brick Concierge, we perform a final inspection to make sure everything is properly assembled and ready for display.
05 — YOU DISPLAY
Pick it up, have it delivered, or let us help position it in its new home.
